12/82 MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION TO LIMIT ENTRY - Standards & Certifications

Due to the hardships being suffered by existing construction companies the Ministry of Construction has decided to limit entry into the industry by raising qualification standards, particularly the amount of assets needed.
