4/87 COMPUTER SOFTWARE--INTERNATIONAL RULES

The Ministry of International Trade and Industry has launched studies on means of providing international protection for computer software via internationally applicable rules. The ministry believes that disputes between American and Japanese firms in this area appear inevitable and it wants to facilitate the settlement of the disputes.
