INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COURT

A new intellectual property court will be established in the Tokyo High Court in April, 2005. The court can order the parties to the litigation not to reveal company secrets learned during the course of the trial. In addition to usual intellectual property disputes it will be able to also handle cases involving company secrets.
