The Tokyo District Court found that former chairman of Duskin Co., a cleaning company was guilty of breach of trust in misappropriating 185 million yen of the company’s money.

A former president of the failed Ishikawa Bank was given a 3 years suspended sentices also for breach of trust as he assisted in granting a 5.7 billion yen loan for a golf course even though he knew the loan could not be recovered. That’s about $50 million and he gets a suspended sentence?
