The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology has decided to require that private schools from kindergartens to universities  be required to make public disclosure of detailed financial statements for private schools. In addition to requiring that such information be available on web sites, the schools would also be required to disclose their business plans in a similar manner.
