Article 7. Agent for Business by Ward
1. Registration is required when a business of Article
4 (the Meaning of Merchant) is conducted on behalf of a ward by a guardian.
2. Restrictions imposed on rights of representation by a guardian
may not be used against a good faith bona fide third party.
