Article 27. Repayment to the Transferee in the Case of Continued Use of Trade Name
In the case of paragraph 1, of the previous
article, repayments to the transferee of claims arising out of the
business of the transferor shall be legally valid only when the repayor
acted in good faith or gross negligence.
