Article 23. Lending of Trade Names
Any person who permits another person to use his name, his full name or trade name for the purposes of business, concerning parties who conducted transactions misunderstanding that the person is the owner of the business, shall be jointly and severally liable with such borrowing party for any obligations based on such transactions.
