Article 22. Punishment
for Unfair Usage
(Abolished in 2006
due to new
Japan Companies Law)
A person who uses as trade
name for purposes of the unfair competition of Article 20, Paragraph 1
shall be given a civil fine of 200,000 yen or less. The same shall be the case
for violations of paragraph 1 of the previous article.
