Article 21. Prohibition of Trade Names Causing Misconceptions on the Business of Another
1.No person with inappropriate purposes may use a trade name which
is likely to cause misconceptions about the business of another party.
2. When a person uses a trade name in violation of the provisions of
the previous paragraph, the person whose interests have been harmed can
demand that such usage cease. Nevertheless this does not prevent a demand
for compensatory damages.
