Article 18. Exclusive Use of Corporation Trade Name
1. Those not corporations may not use lettering indicating corporation
in their trade name. The same shall be the case for those acquiring the
business of a corporation.
2. Parties violating the provisions of the previous paragraph shall
be given a civil fine of 200,000 yen or less.
