Article 17. Trade Name of a Corporation
The Trade Name of a corporation shall contain the lettering gomei kaishaE
(for a partnership corporation, goshi kaishaE(for a limited partnership
corporation) or kabushiki kaisha (joint stock corporation) according to
the corporations type.
