COMMERCIAL CODE OF JAPAN
Article 1. The Special Legal Validity of Commercial Customary Law
In relation to commercial affairs, commercial customary law shall apply
to matters not covered in this code, and where these is no
commercial customary law, the Civil Code shall apply.
