Article 25-2 Sanctions

1. The Minister of International Trade and Industry, can, for those parties who have not received the license provided for in Paragraph 1of the previous Article, but who have carried out the transaction of Item (i) of the same Paragraph, for a period of three years or less, ban the said party from carrying out transactions which have as their objective the design, manufacture, or the provision of technology therefor, of products with a nonresident, or the export of goods of a designated type related to a designated technology.

2. The Minister of International Trade and Industry, can, for those parties who have not received the license provided for in Paragraph 1of the previous Article, but who have carried out the transaction of Item (ii) of the same Paragraph, for a period of three years or less, ban the said party from carrying out transactions involving the movement of goods between foreign countries related to trading of goods, or the export of goods.

3. The Minister of International Trade and Industry, can, where the obligation to obtain the license of the Minister of International Trade and Industry has been imposed based on the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the previous Article, for those parties who have not received the said license, but who have carried out a transaction of the same Paragraph, for a period of one year or less, ban the said party from carrying out transactions which have as their objective the design, manufacture, or the provision of technology therefor, of products with a nonresident, or the export of goods of a designated type related to a designated technology.
