Article 66 (Act of Government Agency)

Those provisions of this Law or any Order enacted thereunder which obligate parties to obtain license, approval, or other disposition from the competent Minister, Bank of Japan, or authorized foreign exchange bank, shall not, as provided by Cabinet Order, apply for such acts performed by Government agencies.
