Article 73 When representatives of a juridical person (including any organization falling under the provisions of Article 26, paragraph 1, Items (2) or (4), and Article 27-2. Hereinafter in this Paragraph, the same), or an agent, employee, or other operator engaged by a juridical or natural person committed any offense mentioned in the provisions of Article 69-6, up to the preceding Article in regard to the business or property of such a juridical or natural principal, the juridical or natural principal shall be liable to the fine specified in each Article, in addition to the punishment of the offender himself.

2. For the punishment of any organization falling under the provisions of Article 26, Paragraph 1, Item (2) or (4), or Article 27-2, its representative or administrator shall represent such an organization for the purpose of legal proceedings, and the provisions of the laws governing criminal action shall apply mutatis mutandis against a juridical person.
