Article 69-3 (Competent Minister, etc.)

1. "The competent Minister" referred to in this Law shall be determined by a Cabinet Order.

2. "The Minister(s) in charge of the industry involved" referred to in this Law shall be, unless otherwise provided, determined by a Cabinet Order as the Minister under whose jurisdiction the industry involved in the relevant direct domestic investment, etc., or conclusion, etc., of agreement for importation of technology falls.
