Article 68 (On-Location Inspections)

The competent Minister can, to the extent necessary for the enforcement of this Law, have an official enter the places of business, offices or factories of any authorized foreign exchange bank, money exchanger, or other party which performs any one of those transactions governed by this Law as a business, within their business hours, for inspection of books, records, or other, or for interrogation of the persons concerned.

2. When the official enters such a place of business or office under the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, he must carry with him a document identifying his status and show it to the persons concerned.

3. The authority for an on location inspection or interrogation under the provisions of Paragraph 1 shall not be construed as being conferred for the purpose of investigation of a criminal offense.
