Article 67 (Obligation to submit report)

In addition to those required under the provisions of this Law, the competent Minister can demand the submission of reports, as provided by Cabinet Order, to the extent necessary for the enforcement of this Law, from any person who carries out those transactions governed by this Law or from any other party concerned therewith.
