CHAPTER VIII MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Article 65 (Powers of Fair Trade Commission)

Nothing in the provisions of this Law shall be construed to repeal, modify or affect in any way the application of the "Law relating to Prohibition of Private Monopoly and Method of Preserving Fair Trade" (Law No. 54 of 1947), or the power exercised by the Fair Trade Commission under the said Law in any circumstances whatsoever.
