Article 57 (Relationship between demurral procedures and lawsuits)

Litigation seeking the cancellation of dispositions provided in Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article, can not be initiated until a ruling on the demurral or a decision or the request for investigation concerning that disposition has been made.
