CHAPTER VII-2 DEMURRAL
Article 56 (Hearings for demurral procedures)
1. When the Competent Minister has accepted petition of demurral or a request for investigation has been submitted in regard to dispositions made under the provisions of this Law or any Order enacted thereunder, the Minister must grant such a person filing the petition or requesting the investigation, a public hearing, by giving a notice a reasonable time in advance.
2. The advance notice under the preceding Paragraph shall mention the date, place, and subject matter.
3. At the public hearing, the demurrant, or the person requesting the investigation, and other interested parties must be given an opportunity to present evidence and express opinions in regard to the subject matter.
4. In addition to those matters provided for in the preceding three Paragraphs, a Cabinet Order shall provide for the necessary matters concerning the procedures of the public hearing under Paragraph 1.
