CHAPTER VII- RELATIONSHIP WITH ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE LAW

Article 55-4. Exclusion from Application of Administrative Procedure Law

The provisions of Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 of the Administrative Procedure Law (Law No. 88 of 1993) shall not apply concerning the licenses or cancellation of licenses provided for in Paragraphs 1 or 2 of Article 25, or Paragraphs 1 or 2 of Article 48.
