Article 55-3 (Organization and function)

1. The Committee shall be constituted of members of which the number shall not be more than fifteen (15) persons.

2. The members shall be appointed by the Minister of Finance from among persons who are of learning and experience. The term of office of the members shall be two (2) years. However, in the case where a vacancy in the numbers has occurred, the term of office of the member who filled the vacancy shall be the unexpired portion of the term of his predecessor.

3. A person who is elected by the members as its chairman shall preside over the affairs of the Committee.

4. Members of the Committee can be reappointed.

5. Members of the Committee shall serve on non-regular emergency basis.

6. In addition to those matters provided in the preceding Paragraphs, a Cabinet Order shall provide for necessary matters concerning the organization and function of the Committee.
