CHAPTER VI COMMITTEE ON FOREIGN EXCHANGE AND OTHER TRANSACTIONS

Article 55-2 (Establishment)

A Committee of Foreign Exchange and Other Transactions (referred to as "Committee" in the next Article) shall be established as an auxiliary organ of the Ministry of Finance, for the purpose of investigating and studying important matters concerning foreign exchange transactions, direct domestic investments, etc., and agreements for importation of technology,etc , referred to it by the Minister of Finance, Minister of International Trade and Industry, or jointly by the Minister of Finance and the Minister(s) in charge of the industry involved.
