Article 54 (Supervision over the superintendents of custom houses)

The Minister of International Trade and Industry shall, as provided by Cabinet Order, supervise the superintendents of customhouses in regard to the export and import of those goods which fall under his jurisdiction.

2. The Minister of International Trade and Industry may, as provided by Cabinet Order, delegate to the superintendents of customhouses a part of his power conferred by this Law.
