Article 53 (Sanctions)

The Minister of International Trade and Industry can ban, for a period of 3 years or less, party who has, without obtaining the license provided in Article 48, Paragraph 1, made exports of goods provided for in in the same Paragraph, from making exports or making transactions with non-residents which have as their objective the provision of technology.

2.The Minister of International Trade and Industry may prohibit any person (excepting those provided for in the previous Paragraph) who has contravened this Law, any Order enacted thereunder, or any disposition made thereunder in regard to exporting or importing goods from carrying out export or import transactions for a period not exceeding one (1) year.
