Article 17 (Methods of payments for external transactions)

Any resident who is to make a payment, etc., for the settlement of any claim or debt in regard to any transaction or act between a resident and non-resident through any one of those special ways designated by a Cabinet Order, such as credit or debit to an account and others, must obtain a license therefor from the Competent Minister as provided by Cabinet Order.
