Article 14 (Money exchangers)

Any person who intends to deal in money exchange business shall determine its office which deals therein and the scope of such business, and shall obtain an authorization therefor from the Minister of Finance.

2. Provisions of Article 10, Paragraph 3 and Paragraph 4, Article 12; and the preceding Article shall apply mutatis mutandis to a money exchanger (meaning one who has obtained an authorization under the preceding Paragraph. Hereinafter the same).
