Article 9 (Suspension of transactions in case of emergency)

When a drastic change emerges in the international economic situation, according to provisions set by Cabinet Order, transactions subject to the application of this Law can by suspended, for a period designated by Cabinet Order.

2. A suspension under the provisions of the preceding Paragraph shall not make impossible payments which are authorized by this law up until such suspension, and the delay of payment caused by such suspension shall be limited to the period designated by the Cabinet Order.
