Article 9 (Reports Based on the Provisions of Article 67 of the Law)

The Minister of Finance, or the Minister of Finance and the Minister having jurisdiction over the relevant industry based on the provisions of Article 67 of the Law, based on the procedures determined by Ministry of Finance Ordinance or the Ordinance of the Ministry having jurisdiction over the relevant industry, concerning the substance, date of execution and other matters of the transactions or acts which are subject to the provisions of Article 26, Article 27, Article 29, Article 30 of the Law, within the limits necessary for the enforcement of those provisions and this Cabinet Order, can collect reports from parties who will make the said transaction or act or from related parties.
