Article 6-2 (Exception from Application)

The conclusion of agreements for the importation of technology, etc. provided for in Article 31 of the Law shall be the conclusion of agreements for the importation of technology, etc. related to technical guidance involving the administration of business (excluding those provided for by the ordinance of the Competent Ministry).
