Article 4 (Report, etc. on the conclusion of agreements for importation of technology, etc.)

The report pursuant to the provisions of Article 29, Paragraph 1 of the Law must be made based on the procedures as designated by the Ordinance of the Competent Ministry within 15 days of the date when the conclusion of agreements for the importation of technology provided for in the said paragraph (hereinafter referred to as "conclusion of agreements for importation technology, etc.") is made.
