ARTICLE 58-2. NOTATIONS OF DISCOUNTED NOTES RECEIVABLE AND ENDORSED NEGOTIABLE NOTES
1. There must be notes made of the amount endorsed for repayment of obligations or for the discounting of notes receivable, the outstanding balance of notes receivable discounted and the notes bearing names indicating such.
2. The provisions of the previous paragraph apply mutatis mutandis concerning notes other than notes receivable trade that were discounted or endorsed for the payment of debts. However, in that situation, thet notes of the outstanding discounted balance or the outstanding balance of notes endorsed, there must be a note made with an indication that shows the cause of the said note obligation.
