Article 56 (Notations concerning foreign currency denominated liabilities) Notes payable trade, corporate bonds and other liabilities which are denominated in foreign currencies must be noted to that effect and the monetary amount thereof. However, concerning matters not involving important amounts, this restriction does not apply.
