Article 54. Special Legislative Reserves
1. Reserves which must be entered with reserve names based on the provisions of laws and regulations, and which are deemed not appropriate for entry in assets or liabilites, they must be entered via the establishment of a special classification following fixed liabilities regardless of the provisions of Article 13 and 45.
2. Concerning the reserves which are entered in a separate division based on the provisions of the previous paragraph, they must be entered via a heading with a name showing the said reserve and they must show the number of the article and the law the provisions of which required the establishment of the reserve.
3. Concerning the reserves of the previous paragraph, there must be notations distinguishing whether or not it is deemed that they will be used within one year. However, where such classifications would be difficult, such restrictions do not apply.
