Article 53 Concerning long term borrowings from shareholders, executives, or employees or other liabilities from those in Paragraph 1 Item 2 of the previous Paragraph, the monetary amount for which exceeds 1% of the total liabilities and capital, there must be an entry made with a heading bearing the name showing the said liability.
