Subchapter 7. Miscellaneous

Article 45. Special Legislative Reserves .

1. Reserves which must be entered with names indicating that they are based on laws and regulations, when they can not appropriately be entered in the asset section or the liability section, (hereinafter "reserves, etc") regardless of the provisions of Article 20 and Article 35, must be entered in a separate category following fixed assets.

2. Concerning the reserves, etc of the previous Paragraph, must be noted with a name indicating the purpose of establishing the reserve and the name and article of the law or regulation which provided for such reserve.

3. Concerning the reserves, etc of the previous Paragraph, must be noted in categories which indicate whether they are thought to be used within one year.
