Article 3. Date of Consolidated Settlement of Accounts and Consolidated Business Year The company filing consolidated financial statements shall set as the date of consolidated settlement of accounts the final day of the said company's business year (where a company settles its accounts twice a year, either of those dates) and that date shall be the standard for preparation of consolidated statements.
2. In the cases of the previous Paragraph, the term in relation to the preparation of consolidated financial statements (hereinafter "the consolidated business year") shall be the term running from the day following the date of the previous settlement of consolidated accounts until the said date of settlement of consolidated accounts.
(3) Where the date of settlement of consolidated business accounts is changed, a note must be made in the consolidated financial statements to that effect, together with the reason, and the new consolidated business year in line with that change.
