Article 33 (Notification of Objection of Creditors, in the Case of Mergers)

In those situations where a bank has made a resolution to merge, the notification based on the provisions of Article 100, Paragraph 1 (Objections of Creditors) of the Commercial Code to depositors, etc., and other creditors as determined by Cabinet Order, is not necessary.
