Article 32 (Matters Regarded as Licensed)

Companies which receive the approval of Article 30, Paragraph 1, which are to do banking business, and which are to be established based on a merger, at the time of the said establishment shall be regarded as having received the license of the Minister of Finance of Article 4, Paragraph 1.
