Article 29 (Orders to Hold Assets in Japan)

When deemed necessary in order to protect the interests of depositors, etc., or otherwise for the public interest, the Minister of Finance, to the extent necessary, in accordance with Cabinet Orders, can order the bank to hold in Japan matters from among its assets as provided by Cabinet Order.
