Article 21 (Public Inspection Explanatory Documents Related to the Condition of Business and Assets)
Banks shall every business year prepare explanatory documents in which are denoted items related to the condition of business and assets, place them at their major places of business and provide them for public inspection. However such shall not apply for items for which there is concern that there will be injury to the credit order, items for which the there is concern that there will be a violation of the confidentiality of depositors and other parties with whom transactions are made, and items for which there is concern that they will cause unreasonable disadvantage in the execution of the business of the bank, and for items the notation of which would require excessive expense.
