Article 20 (Announcements of Balance Sheets, etc.)

In accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance, banks, every business year, must prepare and publish within 3 months from the conclusion of the said business year, the balance sheet, and the profit and loss statement. However, in those situations where for unavoidable reasons the publication of such documents cannot be done within 3 months, with the authorization of the Ministry of Finance it is possible to delay the publication thereof.
