Article 19 (Business Reports, etc.)

Banks must every business year prepare mid-term business reports and annual business reports which have denoted in them business and asset conditions and file them with the Minister of Finance.

2. The matters to be noted in the mid-term business reports and the business reports, the date of filing, and such other matters necessary in relation to these reports shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance.
