Article 58 (Delegation to Ministry of Finance Ordinance)

In addtion to the matters determined by this Law, the procedures for applications concerning licenses, approvals or authorizations based on the provisions of this Law, or the procedures for the filing of documents and such other matters necessary for the enforcement of this Law shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance.
