Article 56 (Public Notifications of the Minister of Finance)

In those situations listed in the following, the Minister of Finance shall make a public notice to that effect via the Official Gazette (kanpo).

(1). When it has ordered that the business of a bank be stopped totally or in part, based on the provisions of Article 26, Paragraph 1, or Article 27.

(2) When it has cancelled a license of Article 4, Paragraph 1 based on the provisions of Article 27 or Article 28.

(3) When a bank fell under Item 4 of Article 41 and the license of Article 4, Paragraph 1 has lost its validity.

(4). When the license of Article 4, Paragraph 1 related to the branch of a foreign bank has lost its validity based on the provisions of Article 50.
