Article 54 (Conditions, etc. of Validations)

The Minister of Finance, can attach conditions (in the next Paragraph referred to as "conditions, etc.") to the approvals or authorizations (in the same Paragraph referred to as "approvals, etc.") and make alterations thereto.

2. The conditions, etc., of the previous Paragraph must be to the minimum extent necessary in view of the purport of the approvals, etc. or in order to the devise the accurate execution of the matters related to the approvals, etc.
