CHAPTER 8 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Article 53 (Notification Items)
Banks, when they fall under any of the following, in accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance, must make a notification of the particulars thereof to the Minister of Finance.
(1) When it has initiated operations.
(2) When it is going to increase the amount of its capital.
(3) When it has put into effect matters which had received the validations based on the provisions of this Law. (For the validations based on the provisions of Article 16-4, Paragraph 1, which apply mutatis mutandis in Paragraph 2.
(4) When it is going to establish a liaison office in a foreign country.
(5) When it is otherwise classifiable as a case covered by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance.
