Article 50 (Loss of Validity of the License Related to the Branch of the Foreign Bank)

When there has been a notification based on the provisions of the previous Article, falling under any of Items 3 through 6 of the previous Article (for notifications related to Item 3 of the same Article, limited to mergers which will cause the disappearance of the foreign bank related to the said foreign bank after the said merger, and notifications related to the transfers of the total business, and excluding the notification of partial stoppage of the banking business for notifications related to Item 4 of the same Article), the said license of the Minister of Finance of Article 4, Paragraph 1 concerning the foreign bank branch which made the said notification shall lose its validity.
